RN or LPN Charge Nurse  - $5000.00 Hiring Bonus for FT and $2500.00 for PT

FT and PT Nights - 6p-630am - $4/hr more incentive plus $1/hr shift differential

Rotating Holiday and Every Third Weekend

The Charge Nurse provides long-term-care & support services for the residents living within a neighborhood. The licensed Charge Nurse has knowledge of and utilizes appropriate resident care planned protocols for the medical, social, spiritual, physical, nutritional & psychological prerequisites.

The Charge Nurse leads NA/C.N.As, Lead C.N.A.s & UMAs to assure quality compassionate care & services. The Charge Nurse assumes general resident care, safety & services.

Required Skills: Must be a licensed nurse in the State of South Dakota. Current CPR Certification is required within 4 months of hire.

 

Assisted Living Resident Care Staff- $2000.00 Hiring Bonus for FT and $1000.00 Hiring Bonus for PT

Full Time Overnights 7p-7am $1/hr shift differential, Every third weekend and rotating holidays

Part Time Days - 7a-7pm, 24 hours a week, every other weekend and rotating holidays

Assist the residents of Park Place Assisted Living with all aspects of daily living. These aspects include assistance with medication supervision, activities of daily living (ADL), housekeeping and laundry functions and coordinating other activities. Plan and coordinate resident care creating a home and strengthening community. All care shall be done in compliance with current federal, state, and local standards as well as guidelines provided by our established policies and procedures to ensure the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of the residents are met.

Must be willing to get UMA Certified to pass medications and CPR Certified within 4 months of hire.

 

Certified Nursing Assistant - $2000.00 Hiring Bonus for FT and $1000.00 Hiring Bonus for PT

Full and Part Time Days 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Full and Part Time Evenings 2:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Full Time Overnights 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - $3/hr incentive for overnights, plus $1/hr shift differential

Weekends/Holidays: Every other

16 years of age or older

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care for the resident and is responsible for carrying out the needs of the resident according to the comprehensive assessment, analysis of the care plan. The Neighborhood Specialist in collaboration with the Charge Nurse and other team members will assure the resident cares are being met along with the other daily needs such as activities, therapies, cleanliness of the resident and their room.

The Certified Nursing Assistant works under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse to assist with nursing care as directed by the nurse and resident care plan. The Certified Nursing Assistant in collaboration with all facility team members will assure the families, resident and other team members are educated with the resident’s needs. The Certified Nursing Assistant assists each resident to achieve and maintain the highest level of health and physical condition Certified Nursing Assistant functions include: personal hygiene, cleaning, comfort and safety measures, assisting with activities, and simple nursing procedures outlined in the job responsibilities. The Certified Nursing Assistant has the ability and willingness to follow written and verbal instructions and work under close supervision. Effective verbal and written communications skills are necessary. 

Must be willing to get CPR Certification within 4 months of hire.

 

Dietary Aide - $2000.00 Hiring Bonus for FT and $1000.00 Hiring Bonus for PT

Part Time Days - 6-230pm (16 hours)

Part Time Evenings - 330-8pm or 4-8pm

Part Time Weekends - 6-230pm

Every other weekend/holiday

16 years of age or older

The Dietary Aide position includes; Baking, assisting cooks as necessary. It also includes serving drinks and meals and dishwashing. The Dietary Aide position, in collaboration with the Charge Nurse and other team members to assure the resident is being served according to their plan of care.

The Dietary Aide assists each resident to achieve and maintain the highest level of health and physical condition. The Dietary Aide must have the ability to work independently and be flexible in completing various duties as assigned. Cooking experience preferred or willing to learn. Must be dependable, trustworthy and must have a positive attitude.

Must be willing to get CPR Certification within 4 months of hire.

 

Cook - Hiring Bonus of $2000.00

Full Time

During the week hours are 5am - 4pm

Weekends and Holidays hours are 6am-5pm, every other weekend and rotating holidays

The primary purpose of this position is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, with our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Dietary Manager, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.

Duties include but are not limited to: Review menus prior to preparation of food. Inspect special diet trays to assure that the correct diet is served to the resident. Prepare food in accordance with planned menus. Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance. Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.

Must be willing to get CPR Certification within 4 months of hire.


Recreation Assistant  - Hiring Bonus of $2000.00

 

Fulltime – Days, rotating holidays and weekends.

Your enthusiastic attitude coupled with a desire to care for and about elders are the qualifications we are looking for.

Responsibilities include:

The Recreation Assistant assists the Recreation Director to provide group and individual activities for the residents. Duties will involve personal contact with a varying resident population. Tasks also will involve record keeping, attention to the environment, use of supplies and equipment, and maintenance of storage areas.

Must be willing to get CNA Certified and CPR Certified within 4 months.
